Do you make custom wigs?

Yes!  All you have to do is select your bundles (texture and length), send in your measurements and we will custom make your wigs. If you already have your bundles, you can also send them with your measurements and we will make it into a wig

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel your hair appointments for a full deposit refund 24hours after appointment is made after which deposit is non-refundable.

RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

We guarantee the quality of our bundles and wigs and customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if a customer is not satisfied we will offer and exchange but no refund.

Ready to ship wigs will be sent out same day or next business day. However, most of our wigs are MTO and the processing time is 5-7 business days
